The Food of Tuscany

Tuscan cuisine is appreciated by so many people around the world for its fine natural and flavorful ingredients, it’s a typical expression of the Mediterranean diet, considered among others, the most wholesome and tasty, Olive oil, pasta, fish and first choice meat. With this few basic ingredients the Tuscan local chefs can create exceptional dishes.

Tuscany have a great range of produce from their love of white truffles, wild asparagus and herbage.

The easygoing and laid back way of living in Italy makes it a favourite for so many tourists each year as they have the luxury of fine dining, great scenery and of course fantastic  wine.

As the flavor is more concentrated in dried herbs, they keep their flavors well, even when used in high temperature cooking.
